[Kaizen Game Works]

Hi all,

Please use this thread to report any bugs or issues you have with the game. We will try to respond as much as possible and work on anything we can.

When posting a bug, please include as many details as possible. Also, we have a crash logging system in place. Please choose the option to send a crash report and include any information you can with it.

Apologies if anyone does encounter a bug or any issues. We have had a company test this on a large variety of different machines and setups and hope that everyhting works smoothly for you.

Not getting a crash, but the game just black screens when loading past the splash screens, specifically after the Unreal Engine one. Doesn't reach the menu. If I hit the Windows key, I can see the game's mouse cursor, but still just a black screen.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and tried moving between different drives. When I reinstalled the first time, it worked, but then I restarted the game and it stopped working. I checked the settings, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary.

I run a GTX 2080TI and an i9-9900k 3.6Ghz, 32GB RAM on Windows 10, and have tried running off of SSD and hard drive.

I don't know if this is intentional, but when I went to browse drinks in a vending machine, I didn't seem to be able to back out of the machine?

Possibly the same as the post above's issue. The 'B' key to cancel and 'F' key to advance dialogues don't actually work as displayed. Space bar seems to advance things just fine but can't be used to back out of menus such as the save points and possibly the vending machines.

Unfortunately had to alt+F4 my game.

Edit: I remapped the back key from 'B' to 'V' and now it seems to be working fine, at least on the save point. Mouse support to click the back button would be appreciated.

Hey, I got the Pyramids upgrade from the warehouse, and it said I needed to install it like the other upgrades, but then it says it's already installed and I cannot install it. This is unfortunate, because it also doesn't seem to actually count as installed- I cannot access computers that have pyramids access.

Ah ♥♥♥♥, it seems like that one was actually the worship one, even though it mentions pyramids. ♥♥♥♥.

Oh wait, it says visions of worship and says it gives access to pyramids, but it gives access to worship. I'll upload a screenshot.

We have seen this reported by another player. We can't reproduce it but we are currently testing a theoretical fix which we hope to deploy for people here to test soon. Thanks for the report!

Just tried this and it works fine for me pressing B on the keyboard or controller. We did once have a rare bug around this. Can you let me know if you're still having trouble with this? Thanks!

This is interesting. B works fine for me to exit out of the save game UI.

F isn't mapped to dialogue advance, it should be E and B should back you out of menus like vending machines and save points.

Can you confirm this isn't working when you get a chance? Thanks!

I've had some problems with textures just... refusing to load properly, a LOT of them

My system specs are kinda ancient (still using a GTX 750), but even cycling through the texture options in graphics menu, the game doesn't even try to load higher resolution ones

The game locked for me when I pressed TAB on the fast travel map screen - didn't crash, but left me looking at the phone and no button worked.

Friend, try pressing F11 and then exit the game and restart it again.

Whenever i am in the fast travel location select menu , if i press TAB to back out rather than Q,the menu dissapears and you are just kind of frozen in place.Menus won't open , can't move and the cursor is on the screen.

Same thing for me. After buying the upgrade and a skin from Crimson, the game goes black the moment I leave the inventory splash screen for the new items.
