Fame and Fortune?
I can find no entrance to the cave?

Fame and Fortune or demise? if so, I don't think I am that far along in the questline. Right now I am looking for Tate. Hopefully someone else can help.

I know I talked to a trader (Rumors) that talked about something making me think it was part of this quest. The Shrieking Pass. Again though I don't know :(

on the southeastern corner of the large western bluff there is a slanted slope you can climb to reach the top, the cave/catacombs entrance is up there. there are tracks marking the way up which you can see with commander vision.

I know where those tracks are at. This is just to the west of the Outpost.

Yes, thank you Procblocked for jumping in, the tracks are there exactly for that purpose, to let the player know you can go up, but yeah, it's still a bit of searching involved.
