sorta looks like Pont Valentre. I don't know anything about bridges though.
Edit: there's also one in Prague that looks close, but it's missing the mountains and the high cutwater triangl-y bit.

It's a "bridges" DLC.

It will make rivers impassable unless you build bridges over them, which can only be done if you purchase the DLC for the low-low price of 6.99€.

Also, if you pre-order it, you get a piece of random concept art as an NFT.

Sorry, my mistake, now that the DLC prices have been almost doubled for transparently nonsensical and financially parasitic reasons, it's actually 12.99€.

It’s probably going to be a building project DLC. They mentioned a focus on where you are in the world. That also implies special buildings for the projects based on region.
