Recent article said we will have ultra wide support. Hopefully we will get FOV sliders too.
Yes native ultrawide support is officially confirmed. Just wanting to know if the game has FOV sliders too.

We will add several ways to customize your settings for Horizon Zero Dawn for PC. However, we feel that changing the FOV compromises the original Horizon Zero Dawn experience and visual style too much, so you will not be able to change this.
That'a bit of a bummer, but nevertheless I am still looking for the PC version though, because native ultrawide still rocks. Loved the game on PS4 Pro, bought it twice, once digitally and then when I managed to get my hand on the CE Physical edition and never regret it. Thanks for your answer though, it is very much appreciated. Also if you don't mind answering a related question, like Kojima is doing for Death Stranding where even the videos are in wide format for ultrawide monitors, will the cut scenes be in ultrawide format too for HZD PC now that we know that the FOV is going to be fixed ?
Aiming sensitivity, please.

That's alright but if you can, could you please add option to turn off mouse acceleration (if there will be one)? I know this sounds one-sided but I personally don't like mouse acceleration.

What about ultrawide displays? It *NEEDS* wider FOV.

Reads: We are lazy and would have to change more to the game because we only had potato boxes fov in mind.

Don't worry. We will just hack it in. Welcome to PC gaming where I will play HOW I WANT.

Is that why you CAN adjust the FOV in photo mode?

Please understand that some of us get nausea because FOV is too narrow and as a result will not buy the game.

This!
Who cares about the "original experience" and "visual style" if you literally can't play the game for 10 minutes without getting nauseated?
This is incredibly silly and disappointing. It's an option, not a forced change for everyone.
Its okay, i'm sure modders will make an fov mod.

This makes me really sad. Considering this one of the best games in a long time, and ready to pay for the game again to experience it on PC. If you can't adjust FOV it's a no buy. You say you want to keep experience intact. With an ultra wide screen and being able to adjust FOV will Enhance the already wonderful experience. You might as well lock the game to 30FPS and only make it playable with controller with your argument about losing the experience and visual style.

Even if I was okay with your decision I would not be able to play the game as it would make me physically ill.
Not caring about FOV in game development is so outdated.

What the ♥♥♥♥ do you think this is? 2009? That excuse won't save you anymore.

Wouldn't be surprised if I need to just edit a INI file.
Come on Guerilla, not a good start to get people into the series.

It's a TPP game, doesn't need a FOV slider tbh, would be cool, but it's not necessary imo.
