Nora Keeper Pack/nora lockout outfit

i found the other 2 packs, but i cant seem to find the Nora Keeper Pack, am i doing someting wrong. is the nora keeper something tied to the frozen wild dlc, since i just finished the proving.

I believe the resource packs can be gotten pre proving.

But the ones with the gear you have to wait until after the proving when you get access to higher tier merchants.
iirc there should be one right outside the watch that has them for trade.

i actually have the ones that you get after the proving, but there is an outfit called nora keeper, is it a nora pack item, or it was only for the pre oder in the ps4?

When you start the game you will have 3 special tokens, one each for the Nora Keeper Pack, Carja Trader Pack and Banuk Traveller Pack, you use the tokens to trade for their respective items from ANY merchant, including Karst, the merchant you have to visit to trade for a Tripcaster as part of The Point of the Spear quest before the Proving. Each of the 3 packs contain a small selection of resources, no outfits or weapons.

But, for the Carja Storm Ranger Outfit, Banuk Trailblazer Outfit, Carja Mighty Bow and Banuk Culling Bow, you do not need any tokens. You can acquire these from any merchant OUTSIDE of the Nora Embrace and The Cut. They are available for free and can be found under the Buy > Treasure Boxes section, same place you can also "buy" the Free Sample Box.

That's all the "freebies" that come with the Complete Edition: 2 outfits, 2 bows and 3 packs.

Seems the standard Pre-Order bonus was a Nora Machine-Trapper Pack but the best place to have pre-ordered HZD was GameStop, they had two exclusives not available anywhere else: Nora Lookout Armor and Longshot Bow along with a Double-sided Horizon Zero Dawn poster (16" by 20").
