Then your ears are getting old son because while its not much but i am using a 7900XTX with a R9 7900 12 core CPU and that should be more than enough
Btw, this is not a my hardware can not run the game post, its a why the fck do we still need to fix the game ourselfs with ini tweaks in 2024 post

Not defending it as many things like VSync and others are badly needed to be an option in the game menu and not hidden in an ini file. I am just saying this is Bethesda and clinging to their ancient engine way past its sell by date is what they do. So you should not be surprised.
