My bug report list so far

• Game crashes already on startup, in any of the sequences, during intro video, game start menu or when signing in, also when signed in but not yet in game and still in the start menu. Only through Windows - end process on fallout thumbnail can stop the game, sometimes only after log out from Windows.
  
• Very seriously bad! Some bug I think somehow related to video driver, that randomly causes BSOD system crashes. System needs restart and even a total video driver refresh after restart else no signal sent from video!
  
• A graphical bug that occurs mostly inside a private area, but also has happened outside of such an area, Player can still move and alll lootables are visible, collision occurs, yet the rest of the game environment is graphically glitched or invisible. Must restart game, server hop does not help.
  
• Audio bug that does not switch dynamically the audio output source, when disconnecting the headset eg. Must restart game.
  
• Now since update 25/7 is the map bugged: Sometimes the locations are missing. The objective's marker does not show anymore and switching from data to location does not work anymore!! We cannot know where we need to go for the objective. -_-
  
• EDIT: 🤦🏻‍♂️I forgot to mention but just got reminded while playing, that sometimes when I take out my PA, place it and hit the button to enter, the animation does not happen and I am not in my PA yet can run around. As soon as I try to get out of PA in that state, the interface is bugged: I stay in 1st PV when switching to 3rd PV. Only server hop fixes.

1 - Old bug been with us since wastelanders, best bet is waiting or alt tabbing out
2 - New bug with this one, it does cause BSOD or other major lockup issues with PC's

5 - New bug with this one, apparently they have a hotfix patch coming early next week

1. Never had crashing problem on start.
2. This is noticeable from times to times. Where sometimes the framerate is dropped or glitching happens. Up to BSOD? So far didn't happened, though when that came and the FPS drop like hell, all I had is forced quit. Maybe it hardware related?
3. More like glitch?
4. Never happened at least for me.
5. This is the ire of everyone infact... Dailies became more annoying. As of main/side quest, it come and go like ghost... Hopefully hotfix next week will fixed this... Keyword is HOPEFULLY.

The system BSOD causing issue should be handled most of all, because that gives me as IT dev a nervous breakdown (not to speak about the map issues after update) -_- and the game startup crashes are extremely annoying but if I'm not fast enough to get the process killed, sometimes the BSOD happened, just to start up and run smoothly after all that, I swear those devs are out for me ;p...

The map issues are annoying, but not insurmountable. I've been completeing all challenges and questing for hours. Yes it's more challenging, but at worst I had to check youtube two times to find a target. As for challenges there's two working ways to see what they are which have always been there

Yes, it sucks, yes bethesda screwed up. Being patient is annoying, but there's nothing else we can do to get the fix faster. I'd personally really prefer if they tested the fix more completely than they did the last update.

In my case, it happens all the time when I open Steam to start the game, At least once but sometimes even 2-3 times in a row -_-

Indeed, it is something that causes these graphical glitches from time to time, when entering some dungeon or private area. I'm sure btw I have all my listed bugs, except maybe the startup issue and the BSOD of course up until it happens, on vid on my YT, but should scroll through many, many hours lol.

Yup, for challenges and dailies etc, luckily there's ESC-Z menu that works. But the menu on the map has disappeared.

Fortunately the menu indicator on the map isn't required. the shortcut key of pressing the left key/left on D-pad still works even without the visual indicator. it's a bug, yes, but it's a single button press to work around for now.

The dynamically switching audio output has been an issue with the game since day one. it's probably an incompatibility still stuck in the game engine since it's built on top of Morrowind which has been turned inside out a dozen times over the years. (probably accounts for a LOT of bugs and bizarre limitations of bethesda's games)

The login freeze seems to be happening to a lot of people, myself included. What works for me is waiting until the title screen video fades from the dweller to the tunnel before pressing anything. That nearly always works for me. Some others have said tit doesn't work for them, but personally I have a 99% success rate.

Graphical glitching. This i've never experienced. the worst I've seen are two times when loading into an outdoor area, the game is really slow to draw in pieces of building and terrain elements. The issues you are having here may be tied to the BSOD crashing you've been experiencing. I could be wrong, but my gut is telling me that it's a hardware issue. Hopefully there's just some sort of driver conflict you can resolve.

The map issues are a pain, but fairly easily overcome with some determination and access to the wiki and youtube if you're completely lost as to where something is.

There are some Mods to fix most of these-But if you use them now and next Tuesday or later when they do their updates that will break your updates or Mods and you will get to start over. Never ending battle, makes life interesting sometimes, sometimes not.

That's how modding in general works for any game that gets updates.

for some reason the plank partitions from the boat bundle were also removed from game, unknown wether this is a bug or intentional but nothing was in the patch notes about it
