Hey hey, anyone selling Hellfire power armor plans, i'm willing to buy.

If my memory is correct....you need to do the quest The Catalyst ( afterwards when completed, the plans will be free) in order to get the plans for the power armor hellcat. The plans/parts are not trade-able/sale among players. Also, the mod plans can be purchase them from Regs in vault 79 with gold bullion.

Do you know how can i find V79? if i remember good i tried to open that place for the secret armor, but i couldn't undersand how to because they would always put me in wrong quests.

There is Hellcat PA that is available only through the Catalyst quest.

Then there is the Hellfire paint plans which can be applied to any PA.

There is Hellfire Regular paint plan available through the Atomic shop. And there is Hellfire V2 Prototype paint plans that were available during the Halloween event. It may be possible for some players to have extra plans that they can sell, but not sure about that.

Yes the > Hellfire prototype paint it was on the halloween events, and there are peoples that could sell it from what i saw, or you can buy it for gold bulion, >This paint was rereleased as a plan sold by Minerva for 1500 , but i don't know where is her.

The vault 79 is located just near somewhat edge of the map, just northeast location. If you don't have access to that vault, it's possible you haven't finished the end game. This is when you'll need to finish the main quest-line. And you really can't jump quest from the main quest-line. Look in your pipboy to see what quest you need to do.

For the secret service plans can also can be bought from Minerva. Her inventory does change and rotate. Also she will appear/ available during certain days and locations. But you can't purchase hellcat plans/mods from her.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i so hate they did that, i didn't wanted to finish the story of the game because i barerly do that, because i feel like if i finish it the game is dead, but if i let it around i live with the game, i got like 680h and didn't finish, most did scoreboard and a bit of the story to be able to take the fire trap, to build glitch. But then when i tried to reach v79, it was locked,and there is like 3 main quest in one, no clue if that's a bug again ;/ is sad i have to finish the game for that.

That's not the main story, if anything, the Overseer's Journey is and you can't launch nukes without finishing that.
