Remembering how to fix mouse acceleration/fps cap stuff

Hey there real quick, does anyone happen to know if the mouse acceleration/xyz cord stuff being off is still fixable in the ini along with upping my FPS cap to 141?

Since reinstalling after a reformat I forgot how jank this runs normally and trying to remember how to re-tweak it and just making sure.

under [controls] in fallout76prefs.ini AND fallout76.ini add bMouseAcceleration=0 , to fix sensitivity, in fallout76.ini change fMouseHeadingYScale=0.042 under [controls] as well. as for fps, locate ipresentinterval=1 under [display] in fallout76prefs.ini and change the 1 to 0, then go in the nvidia control panel and cap your fps to whatever you want, (i would recommend 60 because this game is poorly optimized)
