Legendary Pump Action

I recently got a 3 star legendary pump action shotgun. It's bloodied, explosive damage, and 90 percent weight reduction. I'm not a bloodied build and was curious what is the going rate for something like this? Is it a decent roll for someone that has a bloodied build? I recently started my end game so I really don't know about good rolls or stuff like that.

That used to be referred to as a "god roll". It still is for most weapons, Combat Rifle, Fixer, and the Handmade. After the Shotgun nerf however they are pretty cheap to sell. I'd move over to a VATS/Bloodied build and try it out. Before the nerf I had the exact same roll aside from the 90%, mine had +1 Agility as the third star. Not a terrible weapon at all with the right spec.

I would not use that with out a full blown anti-explosion perk , I had a pump with explosion and kept nearly murdering myself with enemies that body hugged me lol.

Marsupial and/or a jetpack is the answer to that. If something rushes you, jump up and aim at them, the vertical distance you get is enough to be safe from suicide. If you can't jump because of a low ceiling, either carry a second weapon as a backup or get some practice aiming at the floor or walls behind the thing you want to kill so the splash damage kills it and not you.

If anything some caps would be nice. I'm beginning my end game so there is a lot of work I still have to do. I also have 300 caps at the moment as I just bought 300 Gold Bullion for 6k yesterday. The shotgun is my only good roll of anything I have.

I have crafted 3 stars before but always got crap rolls. Like excessively bad. Example a 3 star 50 cal with all crap VATS related perks. Complete trash. I know RNG but my point is my gear is till newb level.

Yeah that's fine. I would rather set it at a realistic price that sells rather than sitting on it for 2 weeks. I probably won't get a chance to play today so I'll hang onto it for another day before putting it up.

Fed76 is not a concrete pricing site at all. It's good for a sanity check to see if something is worth keeping or selling, but it's terrible for exact pricing.

i have nearly the same one except 250 while reloading instead of that 90% reduction you have
to me that shotty is def worth 10K
if i saw it in a vendor i would buy it and stash it for someone in my party to try out

ofc the gauss shotty is better, but you can't drop them
+ not everyone likes the "feel" in regards to their playstyle

Man, it's late 2021 and people still use fed76 for pricing lol. That pump is pretty much as good as it gets for a shotgun, but sadly shotguns in general are not that good. You could fairly easily get 8000-12000 caps for it if you let it sit in your vendor for a bit. If you would just want to get some quick caps, 6000 should sell to the first few people that visit your camp
