You can access it just after creating your character. You just need to research the envirosuit tech (for 0 point), craft it (again, for 0), and equip it.

There was (as of an hour or so ago, I can't seem to find it now) an image that had the XP Bonus and Envirosuit listed under "Pre-Order Offer", so I bought the game with the understanding we'd be getting both regardless of edition, so long as we pre-ordered. I have the XP bonus, but not the suit. Am I missing something here?

I pre-ordered the game, including the supporters addition. I even participated in the last beta weekend. I have the two extra outposts, but I do not have access to the first cohort suit. Why is this?

I figured it out on my own. I don't see it, if I play offline, only online.
