Best heat conditions for 32 heat fists?
Trying to get a feel for what modifiers work best with the fists, Demeter aspect in particular. I'll share my current thoughts on each modifier in order and see if anyone has any suggestions or tweaks.

Hard Labor: So from my experience with the fists, taking extra damage from hard labor sucks. You have to constantly be up close to enemies and any amount of extra damage you take could really add up. The most I'd be willing to be put in is one point, but I'd really prefer to avoid it all together.

Lasting Consequences: Also seems pretty punishing on the fists since you're always up close. That said I think putting one point in it isn't too bad.

Convenience Fee: Free heat as far as I'm concerned. I'm fine taking both ranks and only really buying healing items from charon when needed. I can usually get everything I need for my build from standard chamber rewards.

Jury Summons: I'm actually fine taking max rank since the fists have such consistent dps, especially with zeus attack. I've been using max rank jury summons for a couple runs (I'm up to 19 heat right now) and it honestly works fine. It only really "bothers" me in elysium and styx but even then by that point my build is effectively set up so I can handle everything fine.

Extreme Measures: Up to level 3. I'm super comfortable against normal hades and the extra phase and techniques of EM4 make it a lot more risky for me. Other 3 bosses are fine with extreme measures.

Calisthenics Program: This one I'm a little unsure of. I feel like with the steady dps of the fists it might not be too big of a deal? Does it clash with jury summons too harshly? I haven't tried it out, curious what anyone else thinks.

Benefits Package: Not even really sure what this one does exactly, and I haven't had to use it yet. 5 heat seems like a lot though. Curious to hear what anyone else thinks of this one. From the description it sounds like it makes elysium in particular harder.

Middle Management: Works fine for me, I've been using it for a while. Not too much more difficult imo and definitely worth the 2 heat.

Underworld Customs: I actually like just playing with this one for fun. You're bound to have some throwaway boons by the end of a zone and with extra dice rolls from the mirror it's not that bad. Free 2 heat imo.

Forced Overtime: I actually think this works fine on the fists. I used max rank on my last run with the fists (18 heat) and didn't think it made a huge difference honestly. Plus it's 6 heat.

Heightened Security: Way too unforgiving for just 1 heat. I step in magma a lot in asphodel from dodging in and out so definitely want to avoid this one.

Routine Inspection: Would definitely like to avoid it completely if possible. Having the dice from the very bottom of the mirror and being able to control your rng to an extent on every run is huge.

Damage Control: Free 2 heat. Just works super well with the fists. I've had it max rank since very early heat and always forget I even have it on.

Approval Process: Would really like to avoid this one as well. The first rank might not be TOO bad, but still definitely limits control over your build.

Tight Deadline: Another one I usually forget I have on. 7 minutes per zone is super reasonable, 5 per zone is too harsh. Level 2 works great.

Hard Labor + Lasting Consequences isn't actually that bad on Fists, simply for the fact that you're ALWAYS dodging to maximise DPS. HL 2, LC 2 should be fine.

Convenience Fee + Damage Control 2: Free Heat.

Jury Summons + Middle Management + Tight Deadline 2 + Calisthenics Program: This is an interesting combo because it can be problematic at times, depending on RNG. That being said, all these do combined is make Elysium into a damage check: you WILL know if you can make this run on Ely room 1 and 2 with these.

Approval Process 1: Isn't so bad, really. Just a matter of getting used to it.

Routine Inspection: NO.

Heightened Security: Free Heat. There's a grace period before lava starts to deal damage.

Benefits Package: Iffy. See, some buff combos from this are neglible, others are NIGHTMARISH. I'd recommend turning it on, then just making adjustments if it doesn't pan out.

Extreme Measures 3: Very reasonable.
Extreme Measures 4: Hoo boy, this is a tough one. I'd recommend getting a feel for this one on lower Heat levels, then adding it to high Heat runs. MAXIMUM OVERDAD don't ♥♥♥♥ around.
weapon does not matter, get Artemis demeter, get chaos that gets you extra cast, extra cast regen, longer beam duration and plant beams everywhere. Spear boosts cast dmg tho. Shield allows you to sit invulnerable while beams kill.

Uh, did you read the title of the post? They're asking for Fists.
