So, i've been doing a slow achievement hunt, going from the rarest up, and i am thinking of finally doing the Tzeentch ones. What is the best way to tackle the subj? With the help of a mod to remove FoW i did find it on IE map, its located one province to the right from the Daemon Prince start, which is literally the opposite site of a map.
Do i have to suffer both race and campaign i kinda dislike to get this one? How many turns of forced sailing to cross the whole map vertically? ^^

Just use a cult to teleport to it. Take awhile for the cultist to boat up there but doable enough.

For the building specific ones, they are much easier to get to and build in the original campaign. I know it can suck, but that I would say is the fastest.
Quickest route to it is indeed by playing the Realms of Chaos campaign and riding the portals to it rather than traversing the map, plus the option of using Changing of Ways to pinch it because the portals will play games with corruption and lower the grimoire cost a bit.
Main other difference being that it will either be in possession of N'Kari or Skarbrand rather than Daemon Prince because that's who starts nearby.

Did it with Kairos; at the end of the campaign just used changing of the ways on that settlement and constructed the landmark.
With the new update to Chaos Cults you can use your starting cultist to travel all the way up there and establish a cult. Then build the building that will teleport Kairos there and occupy it. It may take a while but I think you can get it done before turn 50

7 Turns from N'kari to Sigvald, ~14 Turns from Eltharion to Kairos.
There's a Sea Lane north of Ku'gath that should be able to cut several turns. Just 3 turns from the exit to Crystal Spires.

Okay, so i finally did it. Apparentely, when you teleport to your quest battle, you reveal the setllement you need. It will cost ~4500 Grimoirs to get it.
