There's a Judge Dredd reference and a random John Goodman painting in Iron Coffin.
I think the John Goodman image is a reference to the game Pyst, which was one of the first games to rip off Myst.
The Blindsided case was a clever (but unsubtle) reference to Fight Club.
I think it was when I was going to Sherlock's mansion when one of them said maybe it's bigger on the inside. For Monty Python I am pretty sure I remember them referencing the rabbit.
lamps and fences.
Interacting with them gives short quotes or aphorisms, or maybe a snippet of a joke. I haven't figured out yet if anything happens once you find them all [or even how many of them there are. Found five so far...] My next playthrough will focus on finding more.
I found one of those mentioning having been there before the lockdown. It seemed to be a message from someone. Maybe I'll be able to find it again.
Oh, and there is a german doctor, friendly, and suffering from insomnia standing on the balcony. :)
edit: There is a garden connected to it, that on a fence in front of the view of the sea, with a lighthouse in the distance, has a padlock on it (on the fence). You can interact with it, and it states:
"I have searched Cordona for the love of my life, but then I only have found two stray(/roaming) cats. I'm taking them home with me. Now I dont need anyone else anymore! Alexey F."
The padlock might refer to "lovelocks" ( https://www.theguardian.com/travel/2014/sep/10/love-locks-around-the-world ), Alexey also is a russian name, thats all I've got. :)
If its a scavanger hunt, I'd say look for two straying cats next.. ;)
edit: The house in that garden has an Irish Lawyer on it, with blisters on his feet , and very open minded. :)
People on the balkonys change (time of day?) now the the friendly doctor is gone. :)
The doctor just reappeared, but now is an english actor, single father, friendly. (Attributes randomized?)
First house also has a small rocking horse in the garden.
Edit: As to the easter eggs, the love locks thing makes sense and makes me think maybe these are just dev messages. There are definitely more than I was expecting.
Yes! I think the only difference was the overtly emotional state Sherlock was in...after his moment of gleeful cadaver abuse.
He also says he has wares, if you have coin (khajit meme), in Mrs Nini's atelier iirc.
I just love Jon, he's a delight (not an easter egg but had to say it).
-eta- Oh, and a lot of the clothes are easter eggs
The blue sailor outfit is a ref to Captain Haddock, at least in the french description (don't know what's the english one).
I thiiink one other outfit is inspired by a Fallout vault jumpsuit ?
"Love was put into each firefly. Olga Angelova."

;)
(This confirms, that those are indeed dev comments.)
It reads:
"Frogwares are celebrating their 21st anniversary! May many years follow to be able to make many more great games! Olya."
In Miners End in about a 90 degree angle (draw a sqare in your) mind between Caesar Bridge and the basilika of the Holy Francis. With the line between the two being the hypotenuse. :) Its on the Miners End side, at the shore - and it reads:
"The cocaplant actually isnt a drug on its own."
(Not joking. :) )
*nggh* Someone, ehm, seems to like... Leaves...
