How to initiate Wrath of the Lamb

Hi! I play Isaac and I just bought the DLC but when I start the game I feel like I still playing without the DLC, how can I play with the DLC?

Go to your Binding of Isaac install directory (SteamApps/Common/The Binding of Isaac) and locate the files Binding_of_Isaac.exe and Isaac.exe. Rename or delete those files and then verify the game cache files.

oh thank you, it works, oh, and other question, I have skyrim DLC too, I should do the same with them?

Skyrim DLC should download the instant you purchase it.
If it does not, then just perform the Verify Game Cache Files step. You shouldn't need to delete anything for Skyrim DLC to work.

Either browse to it manually (path is given in Post #1), or right click on The Binding of Isaac in your Steam Library and click "Properties". Then go to the "LOCAL FILES" tab and click the "Browse Local Files" button.
