The Particulars: Caves 2. Several HP upgrades. IV bag from blood bank. Bum Friend from shop. One pill as Full Health.
After what felt like an hour's worth of giggling/laughing maniacally over how IV Bag works so well with Bum Friend (esp. with Full Health pills), along with spawning all the trinkets on one floor, I convince myself to leave Heaven and go complete the game.
The Relevant Part: when I killed Mom, she didn't drop the Polaroid, locking me out of the True Truly Last Floor, on my most literally game-breaking run ever (no cheat engine abuse here).
Moral: If the above situation ever happens again (remember, we're dealing with a Rogue-like), take the Polaroid.
