Could you please explain to me how to complete the quest "Stay Vigilant" i am reaching year 3 and still havent completed the second story quest. There is no description other then keep a eye on the situation in Oxbow. The comunity here doesn't provide answers, which is frustrating so please help me out <3. Thanks in advance

I don't think anyone managed to advance that quest yet.

I noticed when receiving that quest; I also received the popup on the left "+ 1 burned note from the caravan", meaning, i should have gotten that note in my inventory. Only there is no note.
That might have been key to progressing the quest, I don't know. But have reported it to the devs as a possible bug.

Think you get the note from the doctors chest, I remember there was some "Burned documents" or something like that in it. Haven't looked at it though.

Interesting; i did go through the doctors chest, but no note there. Instead I got it popping up as having received it on the left end side after talking to the quartermaster; but didn't find it in my inventory. Will experiment with it again!

I am in the same spot as you. I have the quest and the note. No idea what exactly I am supposed to do to "Stay Vigilant !!"

Just noticed my burned caravan note is gone now....Hmm
