Grime secret walls not breaking

So I've come across 2 breakable walls but won't break no matter many times I hit them. I am hitting them from the correct side as I don't rebound from hitting the wall and the surface shakes as I hit it. I need advice please as this will ruin my 100% run and I don't have it in me to start from scratch.

Please note I am playing on the ps5 version of GRIME

We are aware of the issue and a fix for it will be included in the console mega-patch coming out in about a week or 2, depending on how long console certification takes. It will bring the consoles up to the latest PC version that has the vast majority of bugs fixed. :)

OK so update for game occurred and now exploring openly but walls that disappeared after hotting them which would later reappear are replaced by these purple walls and I have no idea how to get past them.

Oh yeah that was a quality of life fix. You can only break them using Sprint-dash, an ability gained from Flowerheart boss to the right of the Nerveroot Beacon.
Previously players would get into areas which were much much harder than they should've been because they did realize they need to use the Sprint. This makes those challenges easier.
