game is labeled s*xual content but when I looked at screenshots I didn't see anything s*xual. What is the content in the game that is s*xual?

I'm playing this game in short bursts. I thought I was in a good spot to leave as I just made a choice. I come back, load the game and I'm back at X years later and have to remake choices. No fast forward button makes this game a pain if you have to replay sections (like I'm doing now). Or in the future I'll play on the Steam Deck or other methods that allow me to "shut down" my game without quitting....
