cooldown reduction cap
the 75% cooldown reduction cap feels awefull

wrath 10 is still very doable but it feels so slow now, way more tactical and way less fire and forget

how do you continue to zoom zoom? is zoom zoom still possible?

CDR cap has done anything for the game to be honest. You still can decimate whole screens just as before.

They capped cooldown reduction, but they also reduced cooldowns and added the attack speed stat to reduce duration of attack animations.

yeah well, previously i could spam my attack cause the cd was the same as the animationlength. well now its a 2 second cooldown.

i still decimate the highest difficulty its just instead of zoom zoom now a tactical make an error you're dead game for my build.
that kinda suuuuuucks

also getting the actualy attackspeed now will do nothing for me. im still kinda close to 75% like the deminishing returns kinda close, with zero actual attackspeed but since im not animation capped, well. investing in actual AS does nothing for me sadly D:

The CD starts at the end of the animation.
So even if you are capped in CDR, increasing your attack speed will increase how often you can cast your skill.

If you have x sec of animation and y sec of cd, you can cast every (x+y) sec.
If you get 0% attack speed and 75% cooldown reduction, you can then cast every (x + 0.25y) sec.
If you get 90% attack speed and 75% cooldown reduction, you can then cast every (0.1x + 0.25y) sec.

yeah the 2sec cooldown still makes it a slog to play now.
can't get arround it.
when the 2sec cooldown starts earlier its still 2sec and the animation is like half a sec? so going for overall 2.5 to 2 is helping but its meaningless in the grand scheme of i can outrun my own aoe dmg zone in that timeframe
