Help! Can't start Regina Jones Gig

I have a gig for Regina Jones that's left uncomplete on the map. This issue has occurred since around midway through my run. Ignored it thinking it would fix itself, but I've now completed all the side quests and other gigs from fixers (I've also done a few of the endings). Come back to this and it still won't let me start this gig.

If you turn on everything else are there any other things you have to do in Watson? I think there is another mission you have to do before you get that one.

I don't see any other quest marker, do you know which mission that might be? Is it another Regina Jones gig I have to complete beforehand?

I thought I was having an issue as well. If you listen to Regina she talks about a cyberpsycho treatment program but not having enough candidates(?) to get funding, or something like that. If you've done all the cyberpsychos then she might give you a mission, but also based on that first pic there are missions that have yet to be done, hence the 16/22. Idk if the last 6 are cyberpsychos but you might have to find a mission list online somewhere and see which ones you've already done and find the ones you have yet to.
