Agree. We should be able to craft and use land mine. It will make stealth play even much funny.
There is a house in the Badlands surrounded by mines. I "Friendly mode" all of them, walk out to the road, summon my car, it proceeds to drive through the mines inside the fence. Blowed up. Second car auto-summons, blowed up, third car, boom and then motorbike crashed into said wrecks and got stuck. I walked to the Motel and bought the ute
There are a few more than that but I agree underutilized. There are a couple of stashes that are mined, and how can you leave the car in the minefield and the netrunner Wakako sends dinner invites too off the list.
*Have to add a few more to list. I can think of 3 cyberpsychos (not sure which you left off), a gig in badlands to rescue a nomad from wraiths, and the gig in city Regina sends you on to grab Max the reporter. When I think about all of them, there are around a dozen spots with mines.
This. I saw an easy entrance and lost my legs for not scoping it out.
