Some missions dont even pay or reward you.

I didnt get no reward for my 17 psycho kills. I got nothing for my 20 Tarot card found. I got nothing for the Graffiti quest too. Id suggest not even experiencing them. They suck and they give no end reward.

You get rewarded per psycho,
and, you're meant to subdue them, not kill them :)

Don't worry about it. One time, I won a triathlon circuit. First overall. Didn't get the reward due to the financial difficulties of the governing body at the time.

If a video game cheats you out of a reward, you suck it up and move on.
