Go to > Options/Features > SETTINGS > 2k account email address, remove your email, let it blank and save then quit the game.

Launch it again, go to your mycareer, don't change the face of your player, edit this after, and everything would be ok.

i cannot let it blank when i want to save he tell me that email is not valid so when i back email still
