Wulbren won't converse with me in Angleiron's Cellar
In Act 3 in Angleiron's Cellar, I talked to Barcus and he told me to talk to Wulbren but he won't converse with me. All he says is "Later" or "I'm busy". Wulbren did the same when he was in Moonrise in Act 2. I'm trying to start the "Disable the Steel Watch" quest.
