random person in my party

ok i found it if its another players char it will stay forever so i killed it thinking it will go away but it didnt so i just reverted back to an earlier save. i thought the multiplayer was like any other game, someone can join play for a bit and then leave but not in this game, thats just dumb

I played singleplayer and my game was set to public as default.
devs fault not the players.
