Can you change character name mid-game?

Realised I must have forgotten to input character name and it is using a generic one after I started a new game. This is for single player solo.

I dont think thats possible other than hex editing the character file, and even then I think there is a possibility of breaking the character file. There is no current in-game way to do it as far as I know.
