shinobus vow buff idea

was thinking they could make shinobus vow proc a full bolt charge burst if you hit all flux trackers on one target or something. basically jolting feedback but on shinobus and its bolt charge instead.

Thing is its already insanely easy to get bolt charge and a full burst would just be broken if anything they just need to bump up the damage of skip grenades and give them better tracking. Maybe give Shinobus better grenade energy returns as well.
