PC Hotfix 2.6.0.2 is now available!

This hotfix should resolve an issue where Destiny 2 crashes for Steam players with over 300 friends.

As players return to Orbit, they will return to the title screen. To log back in, players will need to quit Destiny 2 to receive the update.

I first played Destiny 2 when it was free on Battle.net a few months back. I never completed the tutorial (never reached the Farm), but managed the transfer my progress to steam. However, every time I open the game I'm able to land on a planet but I'm soon sent back to orbit with either a cabbage or beaver error. Also no NPCs spawn on the planets.
I have also tried to make a new character but the same issue happens after the first cutscene finishes... Please somebody help?

Still having the issue with not being able to start the game in the first place.

Any chance digital deluxe owners will get their missing season passes any time soon or no? Bungie help forums are full with people asking for it and your responses are weak and consumer unfriendly. Telling us to just buy each season pass again even tho we already payed for them..

It was working perfectly fine on Blizzard.
