Is this for the Forsaken license in-game?
I haven't tried Forsaken stuff since Bnet but on my DLC tab it shows I got Forsaken assuming it transferred.
I think they had it on the account level. I’m not sure.
In any event, the BungieHelp twitter feed recommends that if you appear to be missing anything, you can try to initiate the migration manually, but I think it might be better to just wait it out a few days.
The launch for Shadowkeep got a bit messy, so I’m sure they’re going to spend the next few days doing housekeeping.
See if I can replay a mission or something. It's great to see it in my DLC tab at least for on Steam.
On D2's storefront page it doesn't show that I own it, but when I click the DLC and go to that page it shows I do. They'll for sure fix it though for everyone more than likely.
Yes, I think that’s what they’re going to try and fix later. As I said, since things got dicey earlier this week, I’m sure it’s going to take time for that process to occur. But if you bought it, I’m sure they will handle it accordingly. If there’s
any issues along the way, the BungieHelp Twitter account is a great resource to monitor. They usually live update what’s going on with any work they’re doing or any issues they’re tracking.
They're still aware of the issue. Please post on the #help forum on Bungie's site for more information.
You can try to do the migration again over there as well. They have been constantly fixing the migration process, so it may have fixed it for you.
