I only see part of the screen

The game was originally in window mode and worked ok then I switched to full screen and now can only see about a quarter of the screen. The options button is now out of view so I cannot change back. I deleted the game and all associated folders I could find, but after redownload it still starts in this unusable state.

I finally fixed this by reducing system font size to standard. I had them enlarged for easier viewing on my television.
