If the game run on 60 fps will be a lot better.
I'm not sure what is going on here, but the devs are not responding to my posts about it, however they are responding to nearly every other post. I'd really like to see what they have to say about the FPS limitations. The game is almost PERFECT.. SO CLOSE TO PERFECT!! unlock the FPS or just tell us how to reconfigure it ourselves, please :D
They said even with the demo they have zero plans for 60fps and the 30fps fits the pixel style which Is a dumb excuse.
I genuinely wanna enjoy this game but It's hard to stomach, it feels like it's in slow motion and all I need is an FPS uncap or something.
As per FAQ:

Does it run at 60 FPS?
We currently do not have plans for 60 FPS. The game runs at 30 FPS, which works well with the pixel art style.
I hate to say it, but you're missing out. I got used it after a while. I actually found it hard to stop playing.
I wish there were plans on 60+. Games does feel a bit jerky because of the technical choice you have made.
Makes you think, how hard would it be to do this? Every game that has come out this year and last, pretty much has configurable FPS frequency rates. We all spend hundreds of dollars on fancy new monitors to take advantage of this.
