Away for two weeks...

I leave for holiday tomorrow... which could mean no internet for two weeks but it also means no Steam for two weeks. Ultimately, I cannot play my favourite indie game for a fortnight. I'm going to miss this beautiful gem so much!

Did you try to use to Offline-mode of Steam?

In the top left corner of your steam window, there's a "Steam" menu. Click it, and you should see the option "Go Offline".

That's utterly STUPID. You have to LOG ON to go offline?

Not necessarily. If you start Steam without an internet connection, it should go into offline mode. At least it should do it, if you've set Steam to remember your account, me thinks.
