We're hoping you guys will have a wonderful experience and will get to feel all the love we've poured into the game over the years.

That being said, in case you encounter any issues, let us know and we'll do our best to sum them up in this thread together with solutions or state of the fixes.

If you're experiencing a bug, please check if the issue hasn't been reported before - there is a list of known issues below. If you don't see your bug there, please give us as much info as you can. In some cases, we'll ask you to send us an e-mail with some more info.

What do you mean by ''few hours?!'' Seriously, ive been ACHING to play this game for SO LONG. I can't find ANYWHERE what exact time it will be released, only the date. Here in europe its already the 11th, but in America ''for example'' it isnt. Could you please be more specific about which timezone your talking about?

The game isnt too big. Probably will take a couple minutes to download. Don't know why a preload would be needed.

Just to clarify, 9pm PDT is 12pm GMT+8 right?

I'm exhausted because Steam had some issues 12 hours ago and I slept at 1.40am to try to resolve this matter, only to realise we are following universal time so I have to wait almost 12 hours later... And then on top of it, everytime I refresh the page to access the Community Hub, the Streamer live streaming pops up and I get a little spoiler.

People can crack or get their hands on any game with any protection. It's not the fault of the devs. They can't do anything about it. It's not fair to be mad at them, be mad at people who do it. Or, you shouldn't even be mad at them. Just don't be mad. Be patient.
