no its a .exe, and anyway, fisrt I need to close, and two at the start I just wanted help to fix this message, and other bug coming with it, thanks anyway for, hum, the help...

close terraria & terraria patcher > go to your steam library > right click terraria > properties > local files > verify game intergity > wait for it to repair any broken files > once complete, open Terraria Patcher > select all the cheats you want, Make sure Plugin support is ticked > click patch and save.

hopefully thatll solve your issue.
if not, copy paste the error you get.
