I am really hesitant on spending points on any skill tree. I don't know if I can fix later or you only get x amount. Or when you max the lvl..do you get enough points for every skill in every tree?

Don't have to worry, they changed the Skill Tree some time back so that once your max leveled you will have EVERY skill in the Tree. Early on, you just decide whether you want econ boost or Military boost according to your play style but in the end you'll have all the boosts unlocked so there's really not an issue of putting points into the wrong skill set.

So either you get military or econ..or both?

Spend the talent points as you please, by max level you will have enough for all talents no problem.

Milestones on the other hand, you only get one shot at picking those, dont think there is a way to reset them, so think carefully on the milestones.

mersk is correct. If you have second thoughts about how you've spent your skill points, you can reset them. By the time you hit level 40, you will have enough for every skill. Milestone choices are irreversible, though.
