Check C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\CompanyName\ProductName\Player.log and upload it to pastebin or if the log is small enough post it here. We need to know why it stops at 90% before we can do anything else.
Don't be tempted to touch anything, don't click or try to tab out but just wait and see if it loads after pausing for a while. This is how it behaves for me and a number of other people.
