Free promotion problem !

I cant add my libary this game, i got some URL problem message.

Doubt they ran out of keys. I don't think the world is rallying to play kao for free. Just give them a bit im sure it will be sorted out.

I used to see this error on free to keep DLC when you do not own the base game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this promotion grants the edition (2003 re-release) to the existing Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2 owners, which would explain why we cannot add the promotion
