Not confident installing something I can not remove.
- Download the zipped folder
- Extract wherever you want (I put it in a folder on my desktop)
- Run the editor
- All it needs to know is where your saves are located:
Steam\userdata\(your SteamID)\1041720\remote\
- To increase your inventory size, simply change the number in the upper right, where it says 'Inv Size' and then save.
To my knowledge, the uninstall process involves selecting the folder and deleting it.
To my knowledge, the editor doesn't secretly install files in any weird places or require any kind of intensive search to remove leftover files. Everything should remain wherever you extract it. The only additional files it makes are copies of your pre-edit save files, which it puts in a folder called 'backup' in the same location as your live saves.
It is asking me to downgrade ?
Steam\userdata\(your SteamID)\1041720\remote\
There is no remote in my folder
What's asking you to downgrade? And what is being downgraded?
Nothing working.
The path I listed isn't the exact path to where the saves are, but they should be only a few more folders in. For instance, my full path is
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\80308087\1041720\remote\autocloud\save
but you shouldn't need to enter the path anyway, you should just be able to browse your folders until you reach the saves, then double-click the save you wish to edit. Keep in mind you can only edit manual saves (they look like svd_fmt_5_#.sav). The other saves are your quicksave, autosave, and 'tutorial completed' saves.
Thanks for your help.
What other things can I do with this ?
Simple thinking.
