for those game wont start

i just bought this game and its not launching, after i tried run start_protected_game.exe, it said, setting.json not found. i copied file in EasyAntiCheat folder which named Settings_dx12.json and renamed as Settings.json, then game runs......

Hi I reinstalled Windows 10, reinstalled Steam. All installed games work, except Sniper Elite 5, and two Wolfenstein games. My other Sniper Elite games works. All drivers are up to date as well as Windows updates. I have also reinstalled the game, still does not start.Please help

Have you guys tried contacting support? If this is supposed to be fixed, they need to know about it frist.
