When I launch the game I'm put into a start menu with several options including "New Game". My cursor is locked to the center of the screen and even if I successfully move it around by tabbing out I can't select any of the options.

If you touch the green jets on the left most building in the right most temple complex with the zyphoid in it, you gain morphball instantly. If you then go into morphball and just stay int he green, you will have constant health drain on you even after you leave. The longer this goes, the more health it gives you. you can use it to become functionally immortal. If anyone else ever reads this, hi. ...
