HELP! No Radar
I play on mac

After a hacked lobby I was in I havent had a radar since. I have to play without one all the time. I just reinstalled the game and I STILL dont have a radar. I watched videos on how to get it back but everyone is on PC and I dont have the same folders inside my MW2 as them.

What can I do?

I told you I am on Mac and I already tried that way.

How about you read my post?

Did you go to the game folder, and delete config_mp (inside players folder)?

Uninstalling leaves scraps of the program such as config files. The config file is recreated when you play next time, if not, validate integrity of game cache after.

You probably need to drop to shell and search for the file that way... finder might not be able to see it

Do this from a shell in the root dir
Change to the root with.this.command
cd /
Then search all files like this
ls * -Ral | grep config_mp.cfg

Or just config_mp

Then when you have the file name

locate `filename`

What does that output

i do have to say one side note... even though demonware doesnt have "time" or "authorization" to fix the favela...*cough*cough* BS *cough*cough* or the forced host bs... they have time to integrate mac networking into the matchmaker, and there is time to port over mw2 to macintosh... but yet still... no favela... shows where the priorities are... new customers not existing ones... this will be the downfall of cod that and theway they are trying to pitch the series like madden... meaning buy one everyyear and give us 100+ for some dlc each year

just right click on the game in your steam library, press properties and find "validate integrity of game cache" press it and it might work :B1:

No it won't, don't post false info.

I should really include a link to the MAC default file path too.
