open steam tab ---> leave the game. Or by opening task manager

Sophos Home blocks everytime MW2 and MW3 ! (hollow proces)
Can overrule it but don't now if that's safe !

Wacatac is a generic signature from Microsoft Defender.
It's nothing to worry about. dsound is about https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DirectSound
You can check the exported functions using DLL Export Viewer.
