"Unable to join Game session"

Does anyone how to fix this bs I can't join anyones party's nor can anyone join mine and the only public games I find are hacked games. Literally every single public match i find is hacked and it takes me 20 min just to find one

Change IP and open NAT

Thanks for the answes.
I've downloaded the game again and reinstalled. NAT Type is Open and still giving the same message.
Don't know what else to do.

I'm having the same issue. Me and my roommate were trying to play together (so same IP and whatnot) but could not make a party. Kinda annoying...

Go to your games properties then DLC and turn it all off, sad you miss out on the DLC but you'll get a game right quick.

I don't have any DLC downloaded. NAT is open. I've uninstalled and installed again both steam a COD. I just don't know what else can I do

What country are you gaming from? What's your internet like?

My connection is decent, I´m in Uruguay, I have no problem playing in public games. The errors shows only when trying to join a friends game, which, by the way is in the same network as I am. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Being in your friends party does not mean they will be host of the match. You may join their party, they search for a match then the game selects a host from Europe.

So when you say trying to join a friends game, are they definitely host of the public lobby as well?

My friend creates a private game, he invites me and other friends. I click on the invitation message or right-click on the player and click "Join game". Every other friend can join the game except me. The message I receive is "Unable to join Game session".
That's what I mean for "Friends game"..
