Free early access Steam keys for eXpanSIM

  1. To let us know you better, please explain why you are interested in our simulation and what attracted your attention. If you are in a hurry, you can just write here: GIMME DA KEYS! (with Dunkey voice, of course).
  2. We are publishing new Steam keys systematically. Larger key batches appear after each patch update. When you activate a Steam key, eXpanSIM will appear in your Steam library.
  3. Join our official Discord server to share your feedback with the developers and other enthusiasts of eXpanSIM: https://discord.gg/uQEmSUh

We avoid sending keys on PM to prevent them from being placed on selling platforms.

//Edit:

We gave away over 2000 free Steam keys to our most engaged community members during the last two years of development. Unfortunately, we reached the maximum number of beta keys for a game in a pre-released stage, and we cannot request more until a full release. Fortunately, we can continue inviting new beta testers with the Steam Playtest system.

Playtest is a new feature that allows you to quickly request beta access to our game by clicking on a button on the Steam store page.
  1. Go to the eXpanSIM store page
  2. Click "Add to your wishlist"
  3. Click "Request Access"
You will be notified when your request is approved.

I love playing vehicle simulators and the idea of an open world enviroment is great testing cars and devoloping things
i have been on board with Automation since day dot
I can spend lots of time in VR trying to get a wigout to occur and i tend to give good positive feed back and will take the time to send bug reports. I enjoy testing at every new update!

What input do you use - keyboard, gamepad, or steering wheel? In the current version, you need to select your input from a dropdown list in the Settings panel. Please let me know if it worked.
I have tried all imputs G27 race wheel tried the keyboard and the controller? I'm just wondering if i need to do something I have not done or setup

The problem is on our side because we still don't support all racing wheels. Unfortunately, each steering wheel needs to be calibrated individually. At the moment, the game supports only Thrustmaster T500 RS racing wheel. Soon we will add a calibration panel, and you will be able to configure your racing wheel like in other games.

There is a new update extending support for racing wheels: https://steamcommunity.com/games/1015370/announcements/detail/2715020104643961224

Unfortunately, we don't have G27 to test, but it appears that G29 (which is now supported) is compatible with G27 so it should work anyway.

This looks really interesting. My nephew plays these type of games all the time, and I get kind of hooked on it also, lol. Interested in trying it in VR.

Thank you, Raving Bots :)

Took one of the activation codes, but to test the game not work out.
"eXpanSIM requires Windows 8 or newer (64-bit)"

I use Windows XP.

Hi! I'm afraid you won't be able to run the game on Windows XP. We're using a UI library that is available only on Windows 8.1/10. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do. More details below:

This project looks awesome. I have been playing sim driving games for years going all the way back to 18 wheels of steel and euro truck sim (the first one). I have been looking for a good realistic open world driving sim for a long time. So im excited to see one being developed. Now i would apply for a test key. But i think that my computer cant handle this game at all. My pc being intel i5-2500 at 3.30 ghz with 8 gb ram and nvidia gtx 750ti (2gb VRAM). But the project looks awesome. I'm looking forward to see more of this game in the future

Hi! There are still a lot of things that can be added to the project, and the open-world environment is definitely one of them.

The current demo has several maps with different requirements, so there is a chance that one of them will have a good framerate on your computer. Recently, we added quality options menu so that you can experiment with different settings. There are still some common performance issues that need to be addressed, but we are focusing on the content right now.

Below is a fresh portion of Steam keys:

well i tested it and so far it seems that all maps give a good framerate on my computer. That being on low settings ofcourse. Had some good fun driving around.

But i did notice a few things that im gonna point out to u.

1. Automatic transmission doesnt shift like a real automatic transmission (yet?)
2. That tyre screeching sound is awfull.
3. Logitech g920 has deadzone in centre which cant be changed. it would be nice if we could setup deadzones etc ourselfs. same apply's for buttons. It would be nice if we could configure them ourselfs in game.

Those where just a few things i found. besides those things the game is very enjoyable.

Thanks for positive feedback! We will make sure to address these three issues in the upcoming patch.
