Haha, that's my mod. Not sure if "The Mouse" would be ok if I released it, but I will show you in a tutorial how to make your own (10 minutes work, maybe half an hour if you want sounds reacting to swings and clashes). It's a good subject for a video tutorial.

Mods are luckily exempted from the reach of the mouse, as is evident of the many star wars related mods out there (one of the most popular one being the Squad mod, that turns the game into a galactic conquest), but I do understand your concerns

It's not legally exempt, enough modders have been hit with cease and desists from rights holder over the years to know this for certain. It all depends on how much attention it gets and if it's monetized. Fan mods are generally overlooked but if a company would sell a game and provide IP infringing contents for it, even on the side, you can bet your shirt they would skip the C&D part and directly jump to the "sue that company to oblivion" card.

Better safe than sorry.
