Doctor Who: The Adventure Games
Gaius Octavius II Oct 30, 2013 @ 5:12pm
The Adventure Games are free...to residents of the UK.
To clear up some misunderstanding, Doctor Who: The Adventure Games are only free to residents of the United Kingdom, anyone outside it will have to purchase them to play them (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006q2x0/features/tag-general-information). This Steam bundle is not meant for residents of the UK, but rather, people outside it.

You can all thank me later.

I can't see any reason why they can't make the Steam version free to play for UK residents, Steam has region restriction capabilities

It should be 50 cents only as it is $1 for two games.

They've dropped it to a minimum of one now.

Btw these Doctor Who Games are free in the UK as all UK citizens have to pay for a tv licence that goes to the BBC.

You haven't played the games yet. If you had, you wouldn't waste time pirating them.

I agree. The only reason they were any good was because they were free. They were good story-wise but the gameplay wasn't really there. It's basically just hiding from things or running away, which makes for a good episode but isn't really video game material. I agree with nerd cubed when he said that we need a mirror's edge style doctor who game where the running away is more frantic and adrenaline filled and it's in 1st person.

Also I once encountered a glitch in the gunpowder plot where it skipped the bit where Rory is supposed to make the EMP Device.
