Gnomoria looks similar to Towns I like to build but some fighting is good so what game should I get? also just wondering what would you rate both games (E E10 T M)

Comparing Gnomoria with Towns, right now I'd say Gnomoria is a better game. Towns still has a lot of bugs and incomplete features, as a result it's less fun to play. When the two games are finished they'll be very different so it's hard to say, but right now Gnomoria is fun, playable and all the features in the game work correctly. If you want a greater appreciation for both games, watch a Let's Play of Dwarf Fortress, the game that inspired the entire genre.
