Combat Changes
In this post I'll document the major changes made to the base game's unit classes. I won't be going into the specifics of individual units in this post. Rather it will focus on the larger dynamics of how different unit classes are supposed to interact.

Light Cavalry: -10 combat against cities.
Heavy Cavalry: +5 combat against fortified units.
Helicopters: +10 combat strength against heavy cavalry
Naval Carriers: 1 free exp every turn, heals in neutral and enemy territory.
