stats for the weapon?
+ the less cloak you have the more silent your decloak will be
100%=regular
85% cloak=can't hear you from 10 feet away (with no backround noise)
50% cloak= can't hear you from 7 feet away (with no backround noise)
35% cloak= can't hear you from 5 feet away (with no backround noise)
>15% cloak= can't hear you from 0 feet away (with no backround noise)

-when >35% cloak left: when you uncloak you will not be able to cloak again for a maximum of 3.5 seconds

hmm. interesting.may be usefull , but not pubs. Most dont even use headphones or even sound. i sometimes decloack with a dead ringer right next to someone, and he doesnt even look.
